OT: Mickey 2nd Birthday Party

Ok, my ds will turn 2 on Oct 1st, the day after we return from our trip!
I'm thinking we'll do a Mickey party. Just family and close friends that we count as family. The thing is, it's on Sunday. We're a church family. And when I say we are a church family, I mean, most of the people who will be there work for the church. SO, we HAVE to be there. lol.
I'd like to do lunch afterward back at the house, but I need to do something in the crockpot so that we won't be starving when we get back! lol.
I'm thinking I may just do Spaghetti Sauce and keep it simmering in the crockpot then cook the noodles when I get home. Have salads ready. Throw bread in oven when we get home. Serve it family style.

I'd really like to do something a little cute. It's really only adults and DD4. lol. Anyone have any cute Mickey party ideas?

ETA: Hey, maybe I could to chili with Mickey head pasta?

A few ideas I'm doing for my dd's 5th birthday party this weekend...
* Mickey shaped rice krispy treats on sticks (in treat bag)
* Mickey shaped sandwiches
* Mickey shaped cookies (from Walmart or homemade)
* Goody bags are the small bags from WDW, filled with various items
* Disney mini coloring books (homemade, with personal thank you on front cover, and dd signing the back cover)
* Sign at food table: Minnie's Pizzeria...each item has a character name
* Fill a photo album with pictures of your child at Disney

The actual small bags you receive when you purchase something at Disney! I think they're adorable, and they are a little bigger, so that helps for all of the goodies I put in the favor bags!
