DLP accept visa electron over the phone aswell.

I wish DLP would just take the money from my bank instead of taking it, then putting it back, before taking it again. I nearly spent the money yesterday if i hadnt of realised, otherwise i would be £100 overdrawn.

That would not have been good.
They still haven't taken then money from my credit card, it's been authorized and the money is holding so to speak but it not yet showing in my account. I hope they take it soon.
I wonder how long it is before an authorisation expires if they don't hurry up and take it??

Its not DLP who are doing it, it is the banks. I agree its annoying as I spent £5 in tesco the other day and it went back on my balance yesterday and it nearly got spent.

Electronic card authorisations remain valid for 28 days. If the transaction hasn't been settled by the end of that period the hold on funds in the card holders account is released and the transaction will be declined regardless of there being adequate funds in the account.

I did mine Thursday, it took my all day. Mind you if i didn't keep popping on here i may well have got it done much quicker.
I thought my Eurostar tickets would arrive today but they haven't, they sent them out 1st class on Thursday.
