I've posted a poll here to help decide what veil I should wear to my wedding ceremony... Please could you all help me by voting for which you like the look of the best? Thank you!!

I voted for the first one - tried imagining both the veils and I think the first one goes very well with your dress/coat. Think the longer veil will 'hide' the coat - not that there's much to see at the back but you get what I mean (I hope lol).

I voted for the first one too. I've just been reading the last couple of pages of threads and am so jealous of everyone finishing uni. I've got two more years till I finish my degree and then a further two if I decide tod o the post grad in social work. :sad2:

i went for the 1st one too bob!! cant wait to see the finished outfit - u r gonna look stunning and will def be a wedding to remember!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Everyone! It's very much looking like it'll be the birdcage!

Bumblebeez- Is your degree in Social Work??? Just curious as I often thought that looked interesting!

My degree is in social care then I'm hoping to do a 2 year post grad in social work. The course is really interesting so far, I've been doing a lot of different work experience in residential houses for people with special needs and addiction centres which has been brilliant.

I will be sending you a PM in a while with all my guesses from day 5 upwards.
:rotfl2:
It's very hard this quiz of yours, i think i need to buy that "from sketch to reality book". The internet is useless at trying to find the answers.

sorry - I didnt mean it to be so hard - I'll post some easier questions as well.

However the book is brilliant - really worth the money

Afternoon !! How has everyone's day been so far? I did a mini food shop today (as we're away at the weekend) and also went to get some petrol. My card was declined (along with 2 other cards ) and I told the lady that I had only just used it to pay for my food shopping a few mins earlier... and could there be a fault with the card reader/machine thingy as it can't be that all 3 of my cards would be declined (esp as they're all different banks)??! She was adamant that it wasn't the machine as it's showing on her pc screen that it's declined, so it must've been able to read the cards. Mild panic set in and quickly drove home (safely lol) to phone the banks up. My cards are all ok and they said it was probably the machine. Grrr. Luckily I had cash to pay her.

On another note, has anyone on here been to the Centerparcs in Belgium? Can't remember the name now but it's the one starting with "De V..." something lol. This is our latest 'plan' for the summer hols. Spend a week there (so much cheaper than the ones in the UK) but will stop in Brussels for a couple of nights on the way there. Will take ferry from Dover to Dunkerque or Calais (never realised it's so cheap?! lol).

Talking of cards being declined.
The other night when i was booking my DLP trip online i tried to pay with Visa debit card, it came back card denied or declined i can't remember, so i tried again and got the same response.
I rang my bank in a state of panic who tried to get hold of the department that flag up unusual activity but they couldn't get through(typical)
In the end i told them that i couldn't hold on the phone any longer and hung up.
I then had to activate my Barclaycard ( that i had got ready for my Florida trip)which took an absolute age and all the time i was worrying that by the time i had sorted it all there would no longer be any rooms left with the 40% off.
I rang my bank the next morning and they could see that i had tried to make a transaction for that amount and asked did i want it to go through, er..... NO! they unblocked my card (did'nt even know it had been blocked) and it's been ok since. Well i say ok, i have noticed that there is £1.23 missing between my current cleared balance and my actual balance and i have no idea what has happened there, i'll give it a couple of days and if it doesn't show up i will pop into my bank.

Anyway after all that rambling i have just read the Disney terms and condititions and it says that for payment by debit card it can only be done over the phone and you can only use delta, maestro and solo.:faint:

Wish i had of known that the other night.:rotfl2:

Hello to anyone who is around :wave2: I've just got in from work.

Just sorting out my trip in May and just wondered if anyone knows if they have toasters at the Santa Fe for breakfast?
