I know, it's come around really quickly! I'm so looking forward to it!
Are you having a better day today Emma?
Having a ok day, my brother and his gf have offered to have Kyra after he has had his operation.
The whole beef was because i wanted to go visit a friend in france and my mum was cussing as she dont want me to go....but its a free tripand i'll be gone less than 48 hours.
I can understand that! Ellie's parents refused to have Kacee overnight when Ellie was in Labour, despite them living 2 minutes from ours and 3 minutes from the hospital. I had to drag my Mum out of bed from Hempstead to come and have Kacee!!
Glad you are having a better day. I'd have offered to have Kyra for you, I'm pretty sure that it would have annoyed your Mum into having her, I can imagine her reaction to "I'm leaving Kyra with a random bloke that I met through a Disney Forum"![]()
Me and my mum are not even speaking after yesterdayAs soon as i said im going France she was like your not going Disney and i was like im not going anywhere near Disney im going to a friends house and then to a party.
My brother and his gf have offered to have her, but will have to wait as hes having a new pacemaker fitted this week.
I think after a weekend with Kyra John your be glad to give her back![]()
Good afternoon everyone!
Emma - is it raining where you are? Did you get your wish? lol. It's raining here today (well, drizzling on and off) - blegh.
Welcome back Cap'n !! Nice to have you back. Glad to hear Kacee adores his little bro! And yes, getting everyone else out of the house on time is a big mission (and an even bigger mission at weekends trying to get hubby dressed on time- the kids & I would be ready and waiting for him lol).

In our house Robert takes the longest to get ready, despite what he may tell the world...! I have to give him fifteen minutes notice before we leave the house, and even then its no good! He can be fully dressed and ready to go but he has to stand in front of the mirror and preen like a bloody budgie for ages!!![]()

I just spent £115 in Littlewoods.......
What did you get? (Nosey, I know)
I can get the kids & myself ready in abt 10-15 mins (incl getting the changing bag sorted etc)... hubby takes about 45 mins (30 mins was his quickest ever but very rare lol) ... and then there's the extra 5 mins while he has a smoke before getting in the car. Grr.
A dress, underwear, trainers for Kyra, jeans and some pjs. I did get free perfume lol.
