OT -Kind of - Disney Dollars

We are DVC members and will be staying a BCV in November. We have bunch of Disney Dollars to take with us and put on our room key.

We usually have no problem spending them and more .

I am just curious though, if there is money left over on the room key at the end of your stay, how do you get the balance back?
