OT-How to keep eye glasses from fogging up?

I know how the humdity is in FL this time of year and we're having a very hot summer here also and I need to know how I can keep my eye glasses from fogging up?I use to buy some little spray from one of the company's that people take up orders for their cleaners,etc,but can not remember their name and besides we are leaving in 13 days and really need to buy some before our trip.I've asked at some places that sell eye wear,etc,but they don't sell any and would love to know if any certain stores sells anything to help me.I have the kind of glasses that change when going from sunlight to inside.Any help would be great.Thanks

When you're walking from the heat into air conditioning? Turn your head as you walk inside so your glasses aren't the first thing in the room/building. Look over your shoulder, then once you're inside, face forward. This should help, and it's free.

Clean them with shaving cream. Spray just a dab of the foam on the glasses, and wipe with a paper towel. No need to rinse. They will be shiny clean and will not fog up. Shaving gel will not work.
