I recently discovered artscow and I was just wondering if anyone has ever used them? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have used them before. Quality is good, but the shipping has become so expensive that it isn't as good a deal as it used to be.

I used them for a couple of Christmas presents (printed scrapbooks). I had a coupon for free shipping. I have a mixed review.

The books were well printed. But one arrived with the cover completely bent in half and creased all the way across. I contacted FexEx and they told me to contact ArtsCow because they were the shipper. I sent pictures to ArtsCow and the response was 'it was just a small cosmetic issue and doesn't compromise the integrity of the book". It took 4 more emails and pictures to get them to file a damage claim with FedEx. My SIL didn't get her present until the end of January.

I've ordered from them a bunch. I only had 1 problem with something not shipping. Contacted them and my money was refunded.
If you sign up for their email specials, Arts Cow has free shipping a lot of the time. They also have great sales.

I have used them - I ordered 2 Christmas ornaments. I was VERY unhappy with the quality. And the shipping was super-slow. I can't, with a good conscience, recommend them.

Shipping is very slow. Also, there will be a foreign currency conversion charge on your credit card statement, so be aware of that if you decide to order. I've ordered some books and ornaments from them when they had free shipping codes and everything was fine with my orders, but they took about 6 weeks to arrive, if I remember correctly.

I have used artscow many times w/o any issues with quality. I do only order when I can get free shipping. Be aware that items ship from Hong Kong or somewhere like that, so, yes, it does take a while. I have never had it take more than a couple of weeks though. Never 6 weeks.

ordered from them and shipping takes a bit but worth what you pay for it. never had the foreign conversion fees on my card.

I have ordered from them many, many times (all types of items) and have never had an issue or any foreign currency charges on my credit card but it does take several weeks to receive items. I only order items that are on sale and have free shipping. They post a lot of sale codes on their Facebook page. I have gotten some incredible deals over the years. My favorite item is a purse that I had made about 5 years ago -- I get compliments / inquiries where I got it several times a week. I keep telling my husband I should make up cards with referral information on them...

I used Artscow a few times. They were fine, until I there was a problem. I had ordered several of the cosmetic bags. A few of them had printed with streaks on them. At first they tried to say it was from the pictures I was using, but it wasn't. The only thing they could offer me was to credit my account for the 3 bags that were flawed. That would've been ok, (aside from the fact that these were Xmas gifts and wouldn't be replaced in time), but that did NOT include shipping charges for the new bags. So, they would replace the bags, but I would be responsible for the shipping, which might I add, I didn't pay for in the first place due to a promotion they were having. Since their customer service wasn't great, I refused to use them again. They obviously don't stand by their work, and as long as you don't have any issues, it would be fine; but if you do, don't expect them to make it right.

Overall happy with the product, but their shipping is slow. Keep in mind, they are overseas.
