My girls have a Kindergarten project. They have been asked to "string" food items such as dry pasta, cereal, etc on yarn to form patterns. Well, I went thru my pantry and we have some ziti, apple jacks, and fruit loops, but nothing else with holes. It got me thinking what other foods (besides donuts which really wouldn't work in this case, but are really yummy) have holes in them? I haven't been to the grocery store yet, but besides the pasta and cereal I'm drawing a complete blank.
