OT:Disney Print Studio CD?

Calling all computer experts!! I bought the LIttle Mermaid Print Studio to make decorations for my DD Party. (Thanks for the idea Lee Ann!). I'm having problems printing projects. I can print the banner no problem, but when I try to print the invitations it just keeps saying "printer error" and doesn't let me do anything else. It must be recognizing my printer since it prints the banner, but why print some things and not others? I'm very frustrated!!

Couple things:

1. Make sure you have the most up to date drivers for the printer. You'll have to visit the manufacture website

2. Make sure you have all software updates, again manufacturer website.
