I think the reason this was written this was b/c every post after the OP stated to make a report----it was well written, bu overlooked when read by some. The poster just wanted everyone to be aware that one was done and to give other suggestions or whatever.

Just thinking... the BEST thing you can do for this boy IS to press charges. The family court will probably court order him into the counselling that he sorely needs.........

I am sooo sorry that your DD had this horrific incident on the bus. I would absolutely report it to the police, the school officials as well as the the district. This is unacceptable, and I would make sure those children and their parents were held accountable in every and any way possible!!!! No child should have this happen to them and it's about time that the parents as well as the children were forced to pay the consequences for their actions, and I don't mean by suspending them for a few days. My nephew was 8 last year and was choked by a nine year old on the bus. This was the reason why I refuse to put my DD 5 on the school bus, if anyone was to lay a hand on her they would absolutely feel the wrath. Again I hope your DD is ok, and I hope that it all turns out well for you.
