Hello!

I am first time home buyer who recently bought a condo unit(~850 sq ft) near Yonge/Sheppard in Ontario. I am told that i need to give condo mgmt heads up a few days advance to do renovation. I just hired someone to do laminate floor. I have some basic questions :

1. Other than Home Depot, Rona, where else could I buy laminate floors and painting products at very reasonable prices?

2. I saw some ads on laminate floor that just clicks together (without needing a glue). What's your opinion on that ?

3. In term of painting labor cost ,how much should i have in mind to pay someone to paint all the walls.

I look forward to hear any other suggestions/advice from you !
(If you know any good small stores that provides good service or product, you can private message me their contact info)

Thx
TC

I bought hardwood and laminate from End of the Roll (there is a store in Woodbridge near the IKEA - great store (I have shopped at the one in Sudbury and the products were amazing - good quality and a great price).

I am looking to paint my place but have no idea what it costs? Let me know what you find out.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful,
Andrea

I have friends that charge between $200 and $300 a room to paint.
We bought laminate for .99 cents a sq ft from Home Depot. It just clicks together.
