OT - Complaint Update

Maybe it's the way i have read it but it seems to me that they are trying to say it's your fault for not querying it at the time.

we had an episode there a couple of years ago, where we actually put in a letter about outstanding service of a CM

we asked whether it would be possible for our children to see belle and cinderella as there were no meet and greets on for them

and they actually arranged for them to have a private meeting back stage :cool1:

later that day after we put in the good word and returned to our room, there were gifts for both us and the kids to say thanks !!

so maybe going to city hall will help
 
I agree this isn't an apology, more a gentle rap on the knuckles that you should have queried it in the AP office.....which surely if they think about it acknowledges that they were wrong? Take it further if you can.

I agree with the above, and you should definitely push it further....throw in the word 'stress' for good measure as well ;)

TBH though, even when they gave us a free holiday after we complained, they didn't actually apologise....
 
Thats is really rubbish, i'd have a chat with Mickey while your there to have a word
