OT: Children's Place Return Policy ?

I bought my DD5 the red velvet pants at TCP online. When they came they were way too long. I exchanged them for one size smaller. I tried them on her and she was complaining about the tag. I was convinced they would fit so I took the tag off. Of course no, they are too tight.

I still have the tag and the receipt, do you think I'll be able to exchange them for another item? These pants just are not going to work no matter what size.

I would try it. I've never done it there but I have other places. Usually I don't have a problem as long as I have the tags, receipt and you can tell it hasn't been washed.
