Hi,
I have an 18m old son and have a baby due in June. We currently have a Chicco Cortina travel system and we are going to keep using the carseat. Since Chicco hasn't released a double stroller yet have you kept using your carseat with another stroller brand? We have the Graco DuoGlider and it fits in the back but doesn't lock in place. Are there any adapters out there just for Chicco or a basic one that will work? Thanks for any info!

I had the EXACT setup you mentioned. I just dealt with the carseat not locking in. If your child is 18 mos. old, is there enough weight to keep it safe? Also, why wouldn't you just go without the carseat and just use the double? IIRC, the back seat reclines almost flat?

I think the weight will be ok. DS is almost 30 pounds and will be sitting in the front. I wasn't sure if there was a locking mechanism or other way to secure the seat. I think just taking the carseat out of the car and into the stroller will be easier than taking the baby in and out of the carseat. Especially if he's sleeping. :goodvibes Did you feel like the seat was secure enough just placed in the back?
