Think yourself lucky.... Round here there's so few plumbers we've often had an allocated time slot of: "Between 9am and 9pm."....

It was good. Had a few grumbles and a major sticking point that I'm currently in the process of writing an email of complaint about. Oh and Uncle Matty was very ill on Saturday and went home early Sunday with my Mum and Dad so they nly had two days in the park...one of them Saturday when we didn't do any rides at all really.

We had a good time but would be in no ruch to visit again at the weekend or at Christmas...part of me also thinks that if I wasn't and AP holder I might not be going back for a while too.

Overall there were more high's than lows

Well we have learnt now that it's mid-week and out of season from now on

Capn, I'm so sorry your trip wasn't a good experience. It sounds like you had good reason to feel short-changed. Did you manage to find the blackout days? I can't believe adults would behave like that with a toddler - it's absolutely disgraceful. How is Matty?

It also sounds like you had some nice moments. I hope it hasn't put you off completely.

I've got an internet link on my PC with them on there and the date in question wasn't one of them. It's annoying as it cost an extra £50 per person.

I struggled to hold my tounge but the CM with Mickey actually led him away from her and over to Kacee who was sat on the floor crying, it's terrible and the fact that she said she HAD to push a 20 month old baby over to reach Mickey is just disgusting, she feels that she can justify pushing over a child???

Uncle Matty seems much better today thanks.

I'll just never go for a weekend again, and especially not during Christmas. It has put pay to my dream of having Christmas Day in DLRP though!

I think with cases like that they should have a 0% tolerance and that evil woma should have been thrown out.

That woman should be thoroughly ashamed of herself. I would be mortified if I knocked a toddler over - even accidentally! Most people would be apologising not trying to excuse their behaviour. As for the CM's costly mistake - it sounds like arrogance to me. Why wouldn't she double-check? I hope you got her name!

Your receipt will have the CM's name on it Cap'n - if I were you, when you email your complaint, scan and send a copy of the receipt with it.

I'm not sure..think it may have either been something he ate or just the fact that he ahd come from 40 degree heat to -2 degree cold!
