morning everyone - Its still very snowy here but no new snow

Ive got a day off work today

Morning all, we have no snow here. We were meant to but the forecast has now changed.

Lucky you Small World, having a day off work. I wish I didn't have to go in later, we had some right moany customers yesterday especially the rude woman who wanted & demanded 50% of a plant as the holder was very slightly damaged. The manager said she could have £3 off which is more then the standard 10% we usually apply but she was having none of it. SHe was then overcharged on something that was reduced so I gave her the difference & she started lecturing me about how we have a long way to go before we are like Asda. Er hello Sainsburys has been around a lot longer & Adsa are only what they are due to Walmart buying them out.

the day off isnt to do with the snow - it was planned anyhow to do some more shopping but now I cant be bothered because its too cold to go out.
Im going to make an effort and go though soon

If there was snow here I'd be out in it like a shot. I must be the only one hoping for snow at DLRP from next Thursday onwards

Well im not going to complain about the CSA they have sent me my new payment schedule which im assuming means they have sorted everything out.

Unlikely i'll recieve a payment on Boxing day though lol.

Morning all, no Snow yet here in Canary Wharf but im wathing them put up xmas trees in the square today so that will keep me entertained.

Good news that the CSA have sorted it out so quickly, shame it's just before xmas though.

Yeah i was kinda expecting not to recieve a new payment till end of January. But glad its all being sorted.

I wasnt impressed esp as i had given them all the information they needed.

They had to give her dad so long to pay himself before they took it further, i was like he has ignored your letters for 2 years what makes you think hes going to listen to you now.

I'm craving fish and chips, i think tomorrow for dinner im going to get cod and chips from the chippy lol.

Im so flippin cold it hurts!!!! According to the weather this morning there is parts of the highlands that are -10 Its not that here but I swear its not far off! the snow is nice though!!

I'm so hacked off ... I won an ebay item last wk, I have been tracking it...should have got it this morning, well I put Joshua to nursery and of course they tried to deliver, left a card though saying I can pick it up at my local PO..better than going to parcel force place ... or so I thought!!!

Went to local PO at 12 midday and said I was there to pick up a parcel, granted she had her coat on but she was still behind the PO bitty...she said to come back after 2, went back at 2.30 and she still wasn't there! so thats a 2+ hours lunch break and a walk of 1hr 20mins for me wasted with that 2 trips!!!!! AND ITS FLIPPIN FREEZIN!!!! would have been a quicker walk but this place is like an ice rink!!!

went online at that PO is supposed to be open til 5.30!! Gits!!!
I so wanna nip round again to see if they are open now!! But I fear the ice!!

Anyway apart from that I'm having a good day!!

Hi small world, what did you get upto???

well guys I went back to the PO and got my parcel, it was in a massive box and I was walking! anyway for some reason I had to pay a pound to get it but its all good!!

Its Scrooge Mcduck figurine and its massive!! It matches my Mickey!!

I so need to grow up!!
