Yeah they are very cute! They are quite friendly too (I have 4 but Roxy was being sensible and was in the hutch.) They tease the cats by chasing them which is quite funny!!

Awww the rabbits are so cute!! :lovestruc And Torsie, your picture of the cats is lovely too. How strange (well, not strange but you know what I mean) to find another cat which is exactly the same as yours next door to you. Well, as they say, it's a small world lol.

I keep forgetting my manners lol. Good evening everyone. Hope you've all had a nice day.

DH has been busy sorting out more of his paperwork today and I have been busy flicking through brochures, trying to decide where to go for May half-term and also the summer hols. May half-term will probably be at some caravan/holiday park either in Norfolk or down south (Dorset/New Forest).... and for summer, still can't decide whether to stay in the UK or go to France. If we do go to France, I want to go down south this time where it's warm. Last summer, we went to Normandy and the weather was pretty much like here really. I have to research about Motorail as I don't fancy driving all that way to the south of France (as it will be only me driving) - has anyone used this service before and how was it?

Or we were thinking Loire Valley perhaps instead of our usual beach holiday. Has anyone been?

I always don't like this part of planning a holiday. So difficult to decide where to go!

we have been to the Loire valley a few times - always camping with keycamp/Eurocamp. We really like it. There are a few photos in my TR from summer 07 as we combined it with a DLP trip.

Whereabouts did you go in Normandy?

I have been to the Loire Valley a couple of times on guide camp and it is beautiful. I also stayed there for a week when I did a French exchange when I was at school. I would love to go back one day.

Cool. Will have a look at your report later.

We went to St Aubin-sur-Mer. I am or was a 'driving-in-France-virgin' lol, so I didn't want to drive too far away, what with driving in a foreign place (eventhough DH can speak/read French) and driving on the other side of the road. Also, the ferry route from Portsmouth to Caen was the quickest for us (instead of driving all the way to Dover/Folkestone etc)... and St Aubin was the nearest campsite to the ferry port at Caen. Now that I know I can drive in France (and we also drove to somewhere in Brittany to meet friends of ours), I'm a bit more adventurous and not as nervous now. So am willing to go slightly further afield. We booked via Canvas then but we also have the Keycamp brochure sitting downstairs. So will be flicking through that at some point.

Good Evening everyone, we are back early as two of mine don't feel a 100% so we decided against staying in the VIP lounge after the game, nicely thawing out now, we hit some pretty thick fog on the way home too.

Glad you are back safely Diane. I hope the kids feel better soon.

Evening everyone - are we all back to reality tomorrow :headache: :headache:

Ive just looked at my TR and realised I only posted 1 photo - sorry - but there is some info about where we went.

We have been holidaying with Eurocamp/Keycamp for the past 17 years so have stayed on a lot of camp sites in France.

If sailing we usually do Portsmouth Caen or Portsmouth St Malo. We are doing this in May when we are going to Brittany for 2 weeks (the same site that we went to summer 08 when we combined it with a DLP trip)

Evening all:goodvibes

Evening everyone - are we all back to reality tomorrow :headache: :headache:

No, I was back to reality last week, with Friday at work being horrendous. There was a queue at the customer service for 7 out of the 8 hours I was working. I had to close the desk an hour early to catch up with all the paperwork:scared1:

Although this week i'm only working one day, the rest is leave:woohoo:

Yes and been thrown in at the deep end as I forgot til last week that DD isnt back at school til Tuesday so Ive got to take her to Grandmas before work tomorrow which means a longer journey and an early start

I really don't want to go to work tomorrow!!

But I am getting back my assistant who I had worked with for 9 years tomorrow. I am happy about that, and I get to keep my current LSA who I adore - she is Mickey obsessed (I mean seriously her car is dedicated to Mickey and she has Minnie on her number plates!! This happened after she worked with me for a year!!)

you need to get her on here

She has never been to a Disney park!! But some of the girls have been chatting about a possible weekend trip at the end of the year. She really wants to go to DLRP and our office manager is up for it as she has been as many times as I have! So we might all go next summer. I'll have to get on to that really!!
