We watched our old video (taped off the telly!) of that a while ago, before our April trip last year (Robert can't watch a film more than once a year!!).... He was really shocked at it. He can't stop going on about how frightening it is for kids! Lol.... His brother also reckons the Pinnochio ride at DLRP is the scariest ride of all.....

I'm excited about Beauty and the Beast coming back out on dvd next year

Yeah the older copies but its being re-released.

it was out on special edition about 3-4 years ago as I already have it. I have already had loads of these DVDs that have recently come out like The Fox and the Hound, Aristocats, and Sleeping Beauty which I got 4 years ago and than they stopped them being on release all the time.

Love this film and probably my favourites of the classics. Bought the special edition dvd when it was released from the vault. Just need to justify a blu-ray player and I might get the new release

I love it too!! It's a great pic. I love the picture of, I think it's the woodland Goddess or something? I want that for my house!

Yeh its so that can build up a demand for them, then they started re-releasing them all with "added features" and "remastered" editions and now there all coming out on blu ray too.

I've not seen that i dont think, I use to have them all on video- but my mum gave them away... not that they'd be any good to me now tho

Beauty and The Beast and Snow White are the ones we are waiting for I think there the only 2 we don't have now. Beauty and The Beast is my favourite Disney film.

While I am confessing I was also scared of the bit in Winnie the Pooh when they took tigger to the woods to try to lose him. I told my DD and she laughed at me, I was a strange child.
