Sat in McDonalds trying to thaw out! 6" of snow here in DLRP and just been told that it's 50/50 if our train is running tonight :-(

Eurotunnel is working fine according to the news, so they should be able to get the Eurostar out there, the advantage is that it is overhead lines

Bob, I felt like that when I was in my final year at uni. It will soon be there

I'm feeling the same about doing my ambulance training, I have been sort of forced to do the job & I really don't want to. It doesn't help that they have mucked me about for 18 months. I'm just hoping I can find something else instead.

yeah mine took about 9 weeks i think lol along time

Gonna do hotel and tickets with the UK wdw site, then flights separate.

Virgin is about £40 more than indirect flights (about £400 each) so I think I'll go with them and use the ME from the airport.

Although we're going to stay on Idrive for a few nights too so might use Mears from the airport to get there...

I think we are going to do a package after DLRP lol

but the uk disney sight doesnt show 14 days if you search the stay

i just did hotel ticket and disney dining deluxe for 14 days no flight

£1058 at first it scares but when i think that is breakfast lunch dinner 2 snacks each and drink all day we would literally only have to take souvenir money

Am sitting here watching the snow still falling heavily, with a hot chocolate in my Disney souvenir mug (though no way does it taste as good as at DLRP ) enjoying my day off! Am supposed to be finishing off my assignment for uni, making a cake with the girls and doing some batch cooking to freeze....but have somehow ended up on the DISboards

We measured the snow too! Was 17cm in places (around 7 inches for older folk on here like me!). Made a snowman, had a snowball fight-great fun, beats being at work any day of the week!

Bob-if it's any consolation at least you will get uni out of the way while you are young-I decided last year I want to teacher train and am having to juggle a degree with the OU with my family and other commitments-wish soooo much now that I had gone to uni when I was younger Keep going, the end result will be well worth it, and it sounds like you are nearly there now

hi everyone!!

Oh its snowing down in England, lucky ducks!! Looks pretty heavy according to the news! Was snowing here 10 mins ago but nothing different to usual...not even lying yet!

Well I went up the town to get myself some big frames....only frames I could get out of the WHOLE of inverness were £62 EACH!!! yes EACH!!!! I near choked when she said that so she mentioned she had clip frames for £30 each....I took 2 of those! Flippin price eh?
