I have about $70.00 in my Pay Me Monthly account. If ChaCha comes back up to speed, I can earn enough to get it transferred next month. But if it doesn't, how can I get the money? I really don't want to go through the hassle of changing my status to Pay Me Now. Is there another way?

I don't want to do it yet, but I was on for over 2 hours this afternoon and I got 1 question. At that rate, I won't get to $100.00 before this time next year.

On the ChaCha board, they told me to change over to pay me now, but boy I don't want to jump through all those hoops.

Wow, they aren't hiring anymore? That's not a good sign....

And it was horribly slow for me today. I was on for maybe 45 minutes, had 4 questions.

I think I've done 25 for the week.

My questions have been on and off today and yesterday. I have done 100 today and hope to log in later for some more. I am not b2b, but there are spurts where I get them 30 seconds to a minute apart... then nothing.

Not everyone has been dead the last two days. yesterday it picked up for some of us. I made over $60 yesterday and have made $30 today. It just depends on what server you are lucky enough to get on. I don't know the rhyme or reason to it but some of us are getting queries while others are getting nothing.

Okay. I managed to get 215 questions done before midnight last night. How many can I get "wrong" to put me under the 95% for TG. I am soooo math deficient lol. I completed every question and the questions that I was booted out in the middle of I sent FB to them.

I hope I make TG again this week. I could kick myself for not reading this thread earlier this year. For some reason I thought it was the thread about sending in videos reviews for pay. I just started ChaCha 3 weeks ago, made TG 2 weeks ago and last week and I am thinking YES this is great. And then the questions stopped coming in

Vellamint~ I am wishing you good luck in the top guide! I stress it every thursday too. don't get discouraged. Every time ChaCha does an upgrade the servers go wonky. It is just taking a long time to get them fixed. Different problems keep popping up. I made $120 between Friday and Saturday. Today I have only made $6 but I haven't worked for a whole hour yet either. Every time something happens you will here people say ChaCha is going under.

For those of you worried about that article, read it carefully again. They are cutting out things they don't really need. Perks, interns and highly paid staffers. ChaCha is doing what any smart company is doing in this economy. It is cutting out the fat to make sure it will still be around in a year or two. As far as the automation, we already knew that. Jokes, bizarre questions, trivia, riddles and random facts have been automated. yet I still receive queries asking for them. It isn't as bad as people think.

And we're supposed to believe after 7+ days that it's still technical issues?

I read the article in Indiana Business Journal and I'm not fulling buying the technical aspect.

I just really want to know how some people are B2B. It's not outside the realm of progamming possiblilties that queries can be forwarded to a select few, i.e., those who complain the least.

Can I ask how long you were on and what hours you were on?

Do you have any suggestions as to getting queries?

It's getting hard to understand how some persons are getting queries and others not.

After an hour I've made nothing. And at not even an hour you've made $6. At TG rate that's 30 queries and at regular rate that's 60 queries.

And don't get me wrong, I'm glad you're able to make money. I'm just wondering what you're doing right that I'm doing not so right. Make sense?

Ok here's what I did. I deleted all my interests and then went to every category and tried to enter something that I could intelligently answer or find an answer for. I thought of current events, upcoming movies, popular books, etc. I tried to put something relevant in every category. Categories that I knew well I just piled interests into them. No holds barred. I went from nothing (and I mean NOTHING!) to questions every minute-2 minutes. Today I'm slowly approaching B2B. I'm really not trying to rub it in-I know how frustrating posts like this are. I'm just really trying to help others. I read on the ChaCha forums this advice, so I'm passing it on.

That is what I did. Yesterday, at this time, I was wondering how I could get my money from ChaCha because I was packing up and getting out. Today, I think I might stick around.

I just logged on, if I don't have a query after 5 mins, I log off, wait 2 mins, log on. Eventually you hit the right server and start getting questions. Thank-you for understanding that I wasn't trying to be snarky. I just feel like I haven't quite figured out the magic combination of receiving queries yet.

I'm going to try reloading all my categories, clearing, logging, unplug my modem ... eventually I've got to hit the right combination! And then, I'm never signing off!!

When I started getting queries on friday I refused to sign off. I went to away and prayed that it would log me off while I slept. I stayed logged on until this morning. Someone else closed my browser on me. But I managed to find another good server by logging on and off.

Can you give an example of what you typed in the box. I read the manual, but I still don't really get it (not am I getting questions).
I have lots of interests and was getting lots of questions.
But, in movies do you type in VERY specific such as released movie titiles?
What do you put for Explicit

I don't think your post was snarky at all. You are tying to be helpful. (I have read some quite snarky posts over on the ChaCha forum...some people ).
