www.mathway.com has all different types of math questions it can answer and it shows all the work, even though we can't pass that on. Whenever I get a math problem, which is one of my categories, I give them the answer and say Don't forget to show your work!

There is actually a whole quick links section now for math. I believe it is in the Sci/Tech area. I usually don't use the quick links very often, but have found it helpful with the math questions.

Ok, I just registered online to be a guide. I received the email to confirm my email, did that. Then received an email to sign into Search University, but when I try and log in, it says my log in is invalid. Is there a time delay in getting into the system? I went back to their website and logged in as a user with that name and password and it worked fine. Any ideas?

ok guys, my DD is trying to take the simulator test right now. She has been on it since 6:30pm and only has gotten three quesitons. Can she put her status to away and sign out and finish this tomorrow/this weekend or does she have to wait until she's answered 10 questions?

I have been getting a ton of explicit inquiries. This morning I got so angry at one question that I replied, "Your local police department has been notified." Basically the guy said he had someone in handcuffs and was going to do something really bad. I'll leave out all the explicit information that was given. People should not think it is OK to act like that.

I hope he was sweating for a little while!

Now, THAT sort of Explicit question I would have a problem with. wow. Some people are unbelievable!

One more question from my DD. She wants to know IF she get accepted as a guide can she start working before she's set up payment info? She wants to open a checkbook to have payments sent there and she'll have to wait for her checks to come. Thanks!!

Yes. you can work for as long as you like without setting up a payment option.

And for those having problems with tests last night. They were down for maintenance. Unfortunately you guys signed up right at an upgrade and those tend to be bumpy with ChaCha. They do a pretty good job of it though considering they write their own code/programs. It is up and working again!

I still have not gotten one test question and I've been logging in and out since last Friday. My status does say 'training in progress'. I have sent a feedback note twice and still have not heard anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Well, so far I am not impressed. I've never been able to even log in to get started and I've sent emails to customer service with no reply. My log in works on their main webpage but not on the links they sent me???? I went to re-register and it says I already exist!!

What is the error message you get when you try to log in?

Keep in mind, they implemented two new features this week and have had various universe problems (payment, key stroke counting, etc), so give them a little grace this week. They're probably prioritizing the problems for their existing guides, and then will get back to the new recruits when they have the first stuff worked out.

Is anyone else having trouble right now? I click okay to accept a question then it takes forever to load. Most of them never load and say I've taken too long to accept and it has been given to someone else. Also I can't get into my earnings or the forums.
