For the seafood, I would have found the location of the verizon center first, then used that address/zip to find closest restaurants. Google maps probably would have been easiest, you can do searches for things closest to a location.

I found the location with the search and it gave a list of restaurants in the area but I had no idea how to find the one that was closest. OH well... I was under the impression I couldn't use google... I used something else that was in the quick links can't remember the name.

Yes I received the email saying that I didn't pass and if there are other positions they will let me know. I know that I don't want to do the expeditor position. I wonder if they will ever let me take the test again. One more thing I did have technial problems while waiting for questions. They came in and when i clicked on them it said I took too long. Then I was trying to get an answer for one and it said it couldn't connect so I have no idea if that also affected my out come. It did happen to me a few times. Oh well.

No, it doesn't look like they are doing the guaranteed cash bonus tonight. Darn it, I was hoping they would. Oh well, good luck to all of us working tonight to win one of the drawings!

Thanks! I hope it is true because I am really bummed out about it. I have no idea I usually pass tests just fine and I couldn't pass this. sigh...

They won't let you take it again, not as far as I've ever heard but I've only worked there since July.

Maggie, you can't do that. For one they have her social security number and that would keep her from being able to do it again. You can however do that if you fail in on the first couple tests, but you really shouldn't.

Hi Maggie,

Once you have submitted your SS# ChaCha lets you know that your number is in the system so you can't retake it.

I know you can retake the first three exams with a different email.

I just received my email today I did pass.

I can't remember how I got the seafood resturant. I know I found one quickly. I was getting alot at one time so I can't think right now how I did it.

Negra, the same thing happened to me as well, got the "too long" message as soon as I clicked on the "answer" button. This happened 3 times in a row, I did report it but I didn't pass either so not sure if this had anything to do with me now passing or not, bummed me out. Will look for something else instead. I couldn't remember if we filled out the tax forms BEFORE we took the test or after. But if you read back several pages (maybe 10 or so) someone did mention about changing email addresses. I haven't done this personally because I passed the test. I was just throwing that out there.

Howdy fellow ChaCha'ers!

I haven't been on ChaCha since August 8 and finally signed on today. I have not gotten single inquiry! Have things changed that much since I was last on?

Are categories being used yet? That might explain why I am not getting any inquiries. . .I only have about 20 up so far. The whole categories/interests thing confuses me! Anyone have any tips/hints to add more?

To my knowledge they haven't started the categories thing yet. Saturday nights have been very slow ever since I started 3 weeks ago.

Between the contests, guaranteed cash and folks making a last ditch effort to reach 200 for the week it seems a lot of people log on this time of night.

I would think you should get some queries though, I'm getting one like every 2-3 minutes.

Definitely set up all your categories and see if it helps. Anything that I can answer some questions in, like sports, I don't know a lot about them but scores are one of the easiest questions to answer. So I went into the sports categories and added "scores" for each so I would get sports inquiries.

That's what I thought. I made Top Guide this week, but my 20 cents only started on Thursday. I thought I'd be getting 20 cents for every question I answered this week.
