OT: ChaCha

I wonder if we would be allowed to make a thread that we keep updated with ChaCha guide names in the first post and details so that we can help others sign on and it would give us all the opportunity to build our teams...what do you guys think? We could also have good answer links in there and quick comebacks.

I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be allowed here...without special permission...I think anything w/ referrals isn't allowed on DIS. I could be wrong. I think it's a great idea, since it's a real job & not a scam! There are so many people looking for a legit WAH opportunity like this...we should be able to help each other out. Doesn't hurt to ask, I guess!

Last night the system went pretty fast for me - I was able to make twice as much money in half the time!

I have decided the conversational and sex questions are my favorite - I actually made those keywords b/c it is so easy to click on the definition site they have in the quick links and pop in the definition. I am always REALLY clinical in my answers. Anytime they ask what I like my standard answer is I prefer to ChaCha! I can answer those questions quickly and under two minutes each which really ups my earnings and I never have to wait for questions!

What keywords did you use? I like those better too. So easy and fast!

I thought last night was pretty busy for the most part. I did hit the abuse button for the first time last night. Someone asked a bomb question

I think the sex ones are the easiest ones too, especially definitions. Last night the questions I got were pretty tame. Actual inquiries like store hours and directions.

LOL, yeah after I hit it, I was like "Oh crap! Was that really an abuse?" Then I found the article and bomb making was the example.

They make it seem like it's such a big deal to hit the clarify and abuse buttons. I haven't hit the clarify button yet and not sure why you would. Why wouldn't you just try to answer the best way or ask for more info yourself? Am I missing something?

Quick question- just finished my Sim test, but in the middle, I somehow got "disconnected from the Universe". So I didn't answer one of the question (I answered 10 total anyway). How do I contact ChaCha and let them know what happened?

Ok...I don't know how many questions I answered in that week! I had just over $100 on the 15th and I started June 10th, so..I think you might have to have 250 or more, and I'm sure I did that much-I was busting it to get to $100 before the 15th so they could transfer something.

I've hit clarify once-the message was literally jumbled letters and nothing in the history gave me a clue. I've also hit the abuse button once-the entire history was no questions, just a man and his dog (fill in the blank)...I was completely repulsed and with ChaCha, that's not easy to do.

I just got the email that I am a top guide too!! I was so excited!! This is only my second week as a guide too! I have been really enjoying it so far except for the problems logging in yesterday, that was so frustrating! It seems to be going better today, I have only gotten booted off once.

OK, I have read everything, watched every video I can find and I am precrastinating taking the simulator test because I'm scared to death I'm going to screw it up.
It looks too easy to be true, I feel like I am missing something. Someone please explain to me exactly what is going to happen when I hit that start test button so I can suck it up and do it!

You will hear the doorbell ring. Accept the call and start searching. You do not have to use Chacha's site for the search. You can use google or another search engine.

You will go to the Universe and in a few seconds or so you will hear the doorbell telling you you have a question. Click Yes to accept the question. Follow the steps in the video and you will be fine.

Tip: before you log in all the way, open another tab in firefox and go to google. Then you'll have that tab already opened and the chacha links will come up in a different window (usually, sometimes it boots me off google). Then you can pick which one will be better to use.

I was really nervous too. Just be calm and don't worry about your time. Remember no wiki sights!

I wish I could get my sound to work...it works for everything but ChaCha. It says I need to download the latest verison of Flashplayer and I have 3 times and it still doesn't work.
