Please excuse the off topic thread, but I wonder if any of you can help me out with some suggestions?

I'd like to read some books about Disney: about its customer service, its management, CM experiences, behind the scenes....anything about Wdw and Walt himself :)

So does anybody have any suggestions? All appreciated :)

thanks,
Beth

Try reading Realityland by David Koenig. It is all about the behind the scenes info about the building of the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. I read when I can and am finding this quite informative. I also have the Imagineering Field Guides to each of the parks. I still have one to get.

I just saw this the other day.
Creating Magic: 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies from a Life at Disney by Lee Cockerell

This one is a great read.
The Imagineering Way by The Imagineers

I have not read this one yet, but it looks good as well.
The Imagineering Workout by Peggy Van Pelt

I just got this book a few weeks ago, but I have not had time to start it yet.
Project Future: The Inside Story Behind the Creation of Disney World by Chad Denver Emerson
