OT - Birthday suggestions??

My father turns 75 later this month and I'm trying to come up with a suitably commemorative birthday present (i.e. no socks). If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears (pun intended)...

-father son day at a Jays game
-family dinner cruise of Toronto harbour

I tried to come up with suggestions but the post before had great ideas. I don't think you could beat them unless of course you did a trip to WDW (LOL)
I especially like the idea of the harbour cruise.

Whatever you do (and he'll love whatever you do) what about also, a letter to your father telling him what he means to you. Or if you don't want it to be just you, everyone in the family writes to him & you put them all in a book - the words of what he means to the family and what he has done to touch your life or make you the guy you are...
