Thanks for all the input again!
Just to clarify, she is with her dad 3 nights on every other weekend and one night a week.
Well, tonight she was way overtired and started another back and forth tantrum (I want to see the dog, I don't want to, etc). So what I did this time was just removed her from the source of the disagreement (the dog), which was how I would have handled it pre-divorce, and it worked. phew. So I think many of you are right- I can't be too lenient due to the divorce, I still have to set boundaries, and then be compassionate when she is not tantrumming.
As for the "I don't live anywhere, I am never happy," as disturbing as these things are to hear, she has said them in pre-divorce tantrums, so I don't know if they are divorce related or not. She is a very grown-up child in many ways. These statements were very rare though, so if they start happening more often I am going to call the ped for their advice.
thanks again everyone for your opinions- I knew I could count on you all!
