OT: Anyone use video chat over the web?

Dh is currently in Iraq with his job. He (thankfully) has access to the internet, but not to IM type things (yahoo, MSN, AOL). Those are the kinds of programs that i"ve used and am familiar with when broadcasting a webcam from our computer.

So, what I'm looking for is something that I can use (website) that will allow him to get on a webpage, and without HIM downloading any software or anything, be able to see a broadcast of our webcam so that he can see the girls. Ideally, it would be private, so that the entire world couldn't log on and see them as well. Hearing us would be a bonus.

I've seen a couple of sites out there, but it scares me what else is there in the public chat stuff that my kids might see by accident while I''m setting it all up (and that might come onto his computer and get him really in trouble at work!). This research has actually freaked me out how easy it is to see people being , well, people on the internet.

So, any suggestions to a good (and "nice") place to do this???

I'm fairly tech savvy and am not afraid to do some work for it, but this is something I've never investigated before, since we have Yahoo and use it!
