I read somewhere that the Aerosmith contract is up next year, and of course that makes one speculate whether Disney will pay the license fee that "Aerosmith" (I put it in quotes to emphasize Aerosmith the corporate entity and not Aerosmith the band, I don't know how connected/disconnected the two of them are) will ask for. Disney will be thinking, "Is the "Aerosmith" Rockn Roller Coaster experience so vital to the ride that we couldn't re-theme/re-score it to use another band and/or Disney owned property, or would changing it totally drive away all riders?".

I would think it would be much cheaper for disney to re-theme the ride with a disney property/artist but maybe business cost analysis, and focus group research will tell the disney corporate bean counters that this assumption is incorrect. We can only speculate and hope this won't happen to our beloved Hard Rock Roller Coaster.
mmmm....welcome to the Hanna Montana PopStarCoaster... "Yeah..yeah.Yeah..Party in the RnR"
