It's time to go see a psychiatrist. They can accurately confirm what your diagnosis is. You might be right on target, and know exactly what is going on, but you may not be, or you may have missed another issue (anxiety, depression....) that also needs to be treated.
I spent years getting medication from my gynecologist for depression. When that stopped working (that often happens with medication for depression after a number of years) I finally went to see a psychiatrist. Come to find out I'm bi-polar and have severe anxiety issues. Changed my meds, began seeing a counselor, and am feeling better after years of suffering.
A lot of insurance policies cover seeing a psychiatrist. Just call and they'll give you a list of names. Do not spend time trying to find a recommendation. You have to personally go to the doctor and see if you have a connection.
