OT - ? About Crocs.

I always used to wonder what all the hoopla was about with crocs and who would want to wear them in the hospital with holes on the top in the or of all places.

Went back to work in the hospital and work 12-16 hours a day...I now swear by my crocs...Shoe covers can cover the holes and there must be something about them because the policy for the hospital still says 'white shoes" and two people of the 70 something on our unit wears white shoes and 75% wear crocs or something croc like.

I have narrow feet and I love my crocs.

I actually saw Crocs that are like the Caymans, but they have the holes covered, and I'm thinking for that reason for nurses.

Are the crocs also water proof and where is the cheapest place I can find them? We have a kiosk at the mall but I don't know of anywhere where they are sold? I'm in Jersey.

I wear an 7 1/2 narrow, but I got the size 7 Croc. I wore it around the house and within a day it fit perfectly.

I got it at Nordstroms.

I have tried so many different shoes at WDW and my feet always are killing me by the end of the day until.........

Disney Crocs, I loved them! Because of the heat I recommend wearing socks or you will get blisters. I bought the no show socks and it worked great. I wore out my first pair and will be buying a new pair for my trip in June

you can try ebay, but just be aware that there are a lot of fakes on ebay. Wal mart, target and payless also have a version of crocs.

I was out shopping at the outlet mall in Michigan City, IN and they have a Crocs outlet store.

They had so many Crocs and they were cheaper then anywhere else.

kids shoes starting at $9.99 and adult starting at $14.99.

I bought a new pair for $19.99 where I normally buy for $29.

The only thing they didn't sell adults Disney Crocs but they gave me a coupon for free shipping on their website which was cool.

I'm sure there are others out there

Hi, Chiming in about the crocs I'm from outside of Boulder, CO where crocs were born. It took me a long time to get used to the look of them, I hated them, but after years of seeing them daily, you just get used to them I guess. I tried them when I was pregnant, and oh my, they were a life saver...or a feet saver I should say! I suddenly didn't care about the look at all. They really are the most comfortable shoes ever. Now, I personally suggest being careful of the cheaper knock offs. Several people I know have bought the knock offs and reported back about crocs not being all they are cracked up to be. Then after trying the real things, they noticed a big difference. The material is NOT the same. Your crocs will last you for years, I can attest to this. You can even put them in the dishwasher to clean them. They are generally sold in Dillard Stores throughout the US. So, clearly I join you Croc Lovers of America....And will be sure to have mine at our first DL trip this year!
