Hello!
I am looking into purchasing a new laptop, and I need some advice from any computer savvy Disers out there
I have recently learnt that Microsoft is coming out with a 64 bit OS (I hope that's right... 64 bit something...) that will only work with 64 bit laptops. I'm trying to understand how much this would affect me, and whether I should invest in a 64bit laptop now or wait a few years?
I have been eyeing a Toshiba Satellite M70-DL4 (Intel Pentium M), which is not 64bit, but everything else seems to fit my needs really well. I'm looking for a 15.4" widescreen monitor, at least 1.73GHz, preferably 80GB or more with a DVD-RW, built-in wireless, and hopefully not weighing more than 6ish pounds. I know, I don't ask for a lot do I?
I would LOVE any advice that you can send my way. I wish I knew more about computers, but hopefully one of you wonderful Disers can help share your knowlege
Thanks
