Oswald plush and mid-day DCA?

Hi everyone-

Quick question: is the Oswald gray plush (in box) available for purchase only in DCA or is it also sold in the Disney Store in DTD?

Our plane lands at LAX on 11am Aug 24th. We are headed to Palm Springs that evening. Weighing my possibilities as to whether spending 3-4 hours exploring the new Carsland (which I am dying to see!) is reasonable.

We'd be at DCA at about 12:30pm and could stay until dinner time. I'd single rider Radiator Springs Racers (expecting to wait about 60 minutes), walk around Carsland and take a quick spin on Toy Story Mania before heading out to Trader Sam's for a celebratory tiki drink.

I also really, really want to purchase this Oswald plush.

If you're interested in Cars Land, Mater's should also have a pretty short wait in the afternoon, especially during the 2:00 parade. You also shouldn't have to wait more than 30-40 min in the SR line for RSR unless the ride happens to break down. Unfortunately, Luigi's line will most likely be hovering around the 60 min mark, and with such limited time I can't recommend waiting that long for that ride.
