i love critisizing the dress choices and hair do's-mostly donts.have no favorites this year however i would like to see FORREST WHITTAKER win for actor. he just seems so normal compared to hollywood standards. it should be good with ellen degeneros hosting - i love her!

awful looking thing...what the heck is Nicole Kidman wearing?..wrong color for her, hair looks awful, that big bow is annoying me..she's usually the one I look for to be the best dressed..not for me this year
I think Jennifer Lopez looks amazing, lots of the dresses are pretty, but the hairdo's don't do it for me..Anne Hathaway is one of the worst for me tonite, along with Cameron Diaz..just don't care for the cut of the dress..Kate Blanchett looks amazing, Penelope Cruz looks like an old Hollywood glamour queen, the color of Kate Winslet's and Beyonce's dresses are pretty..Jessica Biel looks pretty and looks her age..Helen Mirren looks very pretty..didn't care for Celine Dion's dress..nor Jada Pinkett Smiths..the color is pretty..but that's about it
hubby is working so I am sitting here alone critiquing the styles...lol
Best dressed man..as always for me..Leonardo DiCaprio..that man does as much for a tux as a tux does for him!

Have to put someone on top of my worst dressed list besides Nicole Kidman though..what the heck is Meryl Streep wearing?..she looks old and dowdy and looks like she pulled something from her closet in the dark and threw it on!

Just tuned in for the Oscars--I'm so excited to watch it, checking out the outfits, seeing what Ellen does, hoping for a little drama, and of course checking to see if my predictions are right. What's more, I love the fact that several of us DISers are watching and posting!

Loved Penelope Cruz in Volver, although the film was average. I think the dress is a little light for her complexion. Her skin looks looks radiant, though. And I wish I were as buff as Jada!

She had the top designers dying to dress her. WTH happened?

What's funny to me is that in "Devil Wears Prada" Meryl Streep looks GORGEOUS & yet at the Golden Globes?...yikes, it was *drab*. Wrong color, wrong dress, wrong wrong wrong.
