Osborne lights?

I've tried doing a search for the last couple of days but I keep getting an error message.

Does anyone know what time of night the Osborne Lights get turned on? I'm trying to figure out if we have enough time to see them before dinner.

I don't recall what time the lights are turned on, but when I saw them last year there was a huge crowd waiting to get in. It was very slow going, so unless you eat dinner at 9:00, you probably won't be able to see the lights before dinner.

They are turned on at 6:00. They have a little "opening ceremony". It is crowded at first. If you can wait until about 45 to 60 minutes after the opening, the crowds usually thin out, especially before Fantasmic ends.

Will the Osborne lights be on when we go on Thanksgiving or is this for December only? I have been to Disney 3x during the Holiday, but never made it to MGM... it is at MGM right? Thanks for any infos.

I was at WDW during Thanksgiving weekend and yes, Osborne Lights were definitely alive and well at MGM. Be prepared to walk around with your mouth wide open. It is incredible!
