Once the Osborne Lights are turned on, how frequently do they play a song? How long after initial turn-on, is the first song?

just to clarify:
They play songs all night, continuously, until the lights are turned off.
As soon as the lights turn on for the night the first dancing song comes on, then it's totally random, you can have 2 non dancing lights songs in between or 1 or 3. No more than 12 minutes in between dancing lights songs

Am I correct in remembering that it snows during all the dancing songs? Or maybe it's after?

and if you are like me and you are waiting for a particular song...you may have to wait awhile, or it could turn up right away. They don't play them in any set order. and it will most likely be repeated at some point.

No order as to when the lights dance either. There is usually anywhere from one to three "no dance" songs and then they will play one dancing song. "Snow" falls only during the "no dance" periods.

I wait for Big Bad Voodoo Daddy...only once did I have to leave because they didn't get played by the time I had to go.

Yea I was there on Sunday and I would say it was every 3rd song. I did not hear my favorite either Trans Siberian Orchestra..... but I did hear Feliz Navidad

found a list of the "dancing lights" songs...it appears to be accurate

"Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12-24)" by Trans-Siberian Orchestra
"Jingle Bells" by Barbra Streisand
"A Mad Russian's Christmas" by Trans-Siberian Orchestra
"Feliz Navidad" by José Feliciano
"Here Comes Santa Claus" by Elvis Presley
"Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" by Arthur Fiedler & Boston Pops Orchestra
"I'm Gettin' Nuttin' for Christmas" by the Plain White T's (from the special Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice)
"Christmas is Starting Now" by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (from the Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation special)
"Winter Wonderland" (Original arrangement by Dan Stamper)

in addition they had the lights dancing to "What's This" from Nightmare Before Christmas right before they shut them off for the night.

I'm almost 100% sure that Here Comes Santa Claus by Elvis is not a dancing song. It was in years past but I don't think it's dancing lights anymore

I did hear all those songs on Monday night with the exception of Nuttin for Christmas and Here Comes Santa Claus. They may well have eliminated it or they didn't get around to playing it while I was there.

I was worried for awhile that a song would be replaced by "Let It Go" since Frozen must be everywhere.

Sounds like a good excuse for me to do a research trip :goodvibes
Stay at the Osborne lights from when they turn on until the turn them off
catalog all the songs played, which ones are dancing lights and which are not.
Maybe I'll need some hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies for this mission :lmao:
