Nope. Read TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews. Pretty much great service or terribly hated. More love than hate.
It’s mainly about communication. Unless you know the reviewer, it’s difficult to determine who’s the problem - customer or company.
I checked Cruise Critic. There’s no red flag there.
