Orlando to Tampa?

We will need to get to Tampa for a day and perhaps overnight during our WDW trip. I got burned last year renting a car on-site and am wondering if there is a bus or train that might run between teh two cities for a reasonable price? There are only 2 of us traveling.

Only Greyhound. You could walk there quicker. Rent the car for a day or two. No Trains that I'm aware of.

We went from Orlando to Tampa back in February to go on a cruise. We rented a car at Orlando Airport and used it for 3 days then drove it to Tampa airport for return and it only cost us $79 for a full size car. We would have had to pay for a transfer to our Disney hotel anyways so rented the car for the three days and actually used it every day to go out for dinner and golfing.
Only time we used Disney transportation was to take us to Magic Kingdom from the CBR.

The only problem was the 1 hour wait at Alamo to pick up our car and we got the last full size car.
