It kindof depends on the route you take from the airport, but if you take the tollway, there's Super Target on Orange Blossom Trail. We found it to be very convenient.
We went here in April, it is very convenient. They do sell beer and wine there, which is a strange thing for us from Mass.

* This location is just north of the Greeneway (417) at exit 11. Very convenient when driving from MCO to WDW.
Don't know which part of the resort you are going to, but we always take the Greenway, especially if we get in around rush hour. There is a Publix on 192 and a liquor store across the street. This is always our first stop before checking in.
hey boston....we are also going home this saturday, maybe we will see you at the espn club to watch the Patriots game on saturday night.....a good supermarket to go to is wal-mart on 192, just go out to world drive and link up to 192....there is also a publix if you get off at the 536 exit before world drive it is at the corner of 536 and 192.
There are loads of grocery stores around WDW, just leave WDW property get on any main road and travel 15 min in any direction and you will run into a strip mall with a grocery store and usually a liqour store. In the immediate area there is Publix, Albertsons, Winn Dixie, Goodings and Super Walmart. All the grocery stores in FL sell beer and wine, even the convenience stores and Eckerd Drugs sells beer and wine! Liquour must be purchased from a liquour store. The grocery stores also have an extensive line of Disney/Florida souveniors and some are pretty nice at much cheaper prices, if you have to bring back stuff for your kids classmates or friends.
In our various trips, we've tried Goodings, Winn-Dixie (not the new one), Publix, Super Target and Albertsons. Of all, we're going to go back to Albertsons on our next "trip home". We decided that we liked the variety, prices, and produce there best. We also like the variety of prepared foods and regional items that were new to us. We may stop by the new Winn-Dixie, too, since we go to the liquor store right across the street...
