We are planning on a 6 day trip middle of May 2011. Our agenda will be something like this: 3 days Universal, 2 days Seaworld and 1 day Disney (maybe). We are staying at the Hyatt Place for the majority of the time and staying one night at Royal Pacific to utilize FOTL.
There are sooo many ticket choices out there that my head is spinning. :confused3Would it be cheaper to purchase an Orlando FLEX ticket? OR just buy a 3 day Universal and 2 day Seaworld?? We are AAA members and my mother is a AARP member?

thanks!!!

BTW, anyone stay at the Hyatt Place???

We stayed at the Hyatt Place in 2008 and LOVED it. The rooms were nicely appointed, staff was very friendly, free breakfast was good (including the Starbucks coffee), and our girls loved the pool. Definitely would not hesitate to stay there again.

I'm afraid I'm not much help on the tickets, as we have APs for US/IOA.

I think the flex ticket is probably more than you need. You can often get SeaWorld tickets that are buy one day get one day free.

Hijacking...Sorry OP

Does the flex ticket include park to park on the same day. We are going to Universal/seaworld for 8 days. So I think that is the cheaper way to go for us.

Yes. You get park-to-park options on all of the days of the ticket. You can even go to Sea World in the morning and then head on over to Universal in the afternoon. I also learned that parking transfers as well.

OP. It would actually be cheaper to buy the tickets individually. We are planning on something similar. You can get a 2nd day free at Sea World if you buy through Sea World; and Undercover Tourist has the best deal right now on the 3 day park-to-park tickets for US/IoA.
