Orlando Elopement and Honeymoon

Hi, Everyone!

My Fiance' and I will be eloping in Orlando and will be honeymooning there as well. We plan on doing WDW for sure, but I would also like to add a day at Universal, a ride on the Orlando Eye, and swimming with the manatees Are there any other things we should for sure make time for? I'm thinking 10 - 12 days total in Orlando.
