A week or so ago I booked our car rental for next March in Orlando. I got a good rate (under $100/week for a mid-size) with National, using a Mousesavers Code from Priceless vacations.
At the same time, I had also checked out Costco and Walmart codes and a couple of others. All of these were around $100/week for a midsize.
Today I finally got around to sending the discount codes to our friends who are travelling with us and also need a car, and ALL of these have increased--some to 2 and a half times the rate I saw last week!!
Anyone know why this may have happened? Any suggestions for good places to look right now for next March?
