ORlando area furniture store?

DH and I need to purchase a kitchen table set with matching counter stools for our house. Anyone in the greater Orlando area have suggestions on stores to look at? Ethan Allen doesn't have what I'm looking for, neither do Thomasville or Domain.

I need a rectangular. glass topped table with metal base. four chairs, and four barstools, and would like to stay around or under $2000. It doesn't have to be superior quality, but I don't want something which will fall apart in the first year either.

Any help is appreciated!

Try Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel. Also there is a company called Home Decorators Catalog. I know they have a website, do a Google search on them. They carry alot of what you described.

Havertys is located on Orange Blossom Trail.
American Signature is located in the old Service Merchandise store on Sand Lake.
Hudsons Furniture is also on OBT and also on Colonial Drive aka Hwy 50.
There is also Rooms To Go which are everywhere. OBT near the Florida Mall, Colonial near Kirkman and Hiawassee, and Semoran Blvd near University just to name a few locations.

Thanks for the rsponses so far. I've already looked at Pottery barn and Crate and barrel (I LOVE those stores!) but they didn't have what I'm looking for. I'm really looking for a place we can go and sit in the furniture before buying it. Ashley home furniture looks nice, but not really what I'm looking for. I might look there for some other odds and ends I need though!

I bought a kitchen table and 4 chairs of that description at Pier 1. About $900 with chair pads. I could have used 6 chairs. I don't know if they have bar stools. My niece bought stuff at Kanes and through a private decorator. The Kanes stuff wasn't bad.

While they have a good selection, we had BIG problems with Rooms to Go a few years ago and will never go back.

There's a "Barstool World" or something like that in Clermont. North on 27 past 50, its on the right side in a little strip mall before you come to the Citrus Tower.

Also, have you looked in the furniture store, Sim's Furniture, thats just south of you on Hartwood Marsh Rd next to the Eckerds and Hess gas station? I haven't been in there but saw an ad. Not sure about prices.

Almost every Pier 1 dining set has bar or counter stools you can buy that match. There's a black wrought iron set with a glass top that comes in both round and rectangular styles.

Thanks for all the advice! Sims is practically across the street from our house, haven't stopped in there yet. I forgot about the Barstool place, I remember seeing it as we drove past a few times.

Drexel has gorgeous furniture, but not really what I'm looking for. I don't need a whole dining room set right now, jsut the kitchen table and chairs. But Imight look there for some other things I need though--thanks for the suggestion!

DH and I recently put a deposit on a lot in your neighborhood, Ducklite (I'll pm you). I LOVE Broyhill furniture - I should say I love Broyhill tables, chests, etc. I know I saw a Broyhill store on rte 50 heading out of Clermont towards Orlando.
