...of the World?

November will be our first trip staying "on property" because my parents live in Casselberry and I'm cheap. :rotfl2: To be honest, I only looked into the resorts this time because we have a new baby and I figured it would be easier than driving back and forth each day...but now I'm realizing there's much more to it than a convenient place to sleep! So, are you a day guest, or do you stay in the World?

Since I live 10 minutes from WDW property, I don't stay onsite when I visit the parks. It is actually very nice to spend a day at the park and then go home to my own little bed.

We aren't 10 minutes away, we are 2 hours away, but until we stayed on property for the first time in 1996, there will be no more "day" trips for us. We have always loved WDW, and went as often as possible since it opened in 1971. Those trips were always magical, but nothing compared to the magic of staying onsite. Since we spend more $ by staying, our trips are less frequent, but much more enjoyable for us. BTW, my DH is also "cheap", but even he will never day trip again! :wave2:

We live about an hour away from WDW and usually stay at a resort, but also go for day trips now and then. But even if we lived 1 minute away, we would probably still stay onsite every once and a while!

we live in Bradenton, Florida......in good traffic, its about one hour and 20 minutes. We stay on Disney property whenever we can!

I'm about an hour and a half away from WDW. I still stay onsite every now and then. Other than that it's just day trips. :)

I have a house in Deltona which is about 45 minutes away. When we are in FL, we normally stay at the house and become a day guest (we have FL resident AP's)

I have planned a trip in June for our anniversary and we will stay in the house until the day before our anniversary and then move to CBR for 2 nights over it just to have some "special time" together (it's our 25th).

Happy upcoming 25th Aniversary!!! :cool1: :goodvibes :flower: :cheer2: :wizard:  :cloud9: :groom: :bride:

We do both. Mostly we just go for a few hours, but sometimes we'll go for the weekend. The weekend depends on which is cheaper, the beach or Disnsy. We found a place in St. Augustine for $39-99, depending on the season.
