Easy question first -- does Southwest still allow you to change a ticket? I purchased a ticket for my daughter, but may need to change it to a flight one day earlier. I purchased online; I assume I make the change online -- yes/no? Is it easy to do?

Next question. In all the years I've been going to WDW, I've flown from Ohio and either rented a car at the airport or used DME. I am now living in northern Florida. Both of my daughters are meeting me in Orlando in November. I am picking them up at MCO. I haven't decided yet whether I'll wait in the cell phone lot, or if I'll park my car and meet them inside. Will someone please reassure me that I am going to be able to easily navigate my way from the cell phone lot to passenger pickup, or navigate my way into the parking garage. I guess what I'm asking is whether or not the signage is easy to follow. I will be by myself trying to drive and pay attention to the signs, and I'm nervous! :scared:

Thank you!!

Debbie

I can answer the first part - it's easy to modify a SW reservation. Just go in under change your reservation.

Thank you! I thought that was the case. I guess I just needed to hear it from someone.

Ok navigating the roads around the airport are a bit...daunting..LOL..but actually easy if you pay attention and read the signs...

Basically the Cell Phone Lot is located on the South Exit of the airport. Its nothing but a big boring lot, with no shade mind you...half of it isnt even paved..but anyway..

You will make a left out of the lot, toward the main terminal. The signs will begin right away, as to what side you need to be on...What airline are they flying in on? Depending on that, you either need to stay to the left for the B Side, or stay to the right for the A Side. Then follow the signs to arriving flights, and you can pick up on the 2nd level. Easy Peasy!

If you have any other questions, let me know

Thank you Dax. That's very helpful.
