Original price and dates for Grand Californian Villas?

I had to book a 1 bedroom for us, but feel extremely lucky we got it for our pre Panama Canal cruise in October. Just got an email from a realtor and a contract was asking $165 a point! What's the history?

I had a studio there for a post Panama Canal cruise in 2014, so 7 months has worked, but this time I was very unsure.

March 26, 2009 -- GCV sales begin at $112 per point.
Sept 23, 2009 -- VGC opens.
Fall, 2009 -- Price increase to $120 for BLT and GCV purchases.
June 19, 2013 -- Sales begin for non-Members at the Villas at the Grand Floridian Resort (VGF). Base pricing rises to $150 for VGF and $165 for BLT, VGC
December, 2015 -- Price increase for AUL and PVB to $168 and for other DVC Resorts pricing is - AKV-$155, BCV-$155, BLT-$170, BWV-$155, HHI-$110, OKW-$135, SSR-$135, VBR-$110, VGC-$170, VGF-$170, VWL-$155
February 19, 2016 -- Price increases for all DVC Resorts (except AUL, PVB, VBR and HHI)- AKV-$160, BCV-$160, BLT-$180, BWV-$160, OKW-$140, SSR-$140, VGC-$180, VGF-$180, VWL-$160

What that doesn't include is promotions and more specifically when the promotions got the price per point down to $88/pt for VGC. I wish that had been when I bought my VGC points.

When the points went on sale in March 2009, they started with a June use year. Since I have April, I would have had to wait a year for my first points. Turned me off, didn't buy. I regret that now, looking at the price.
