Organizational Charts

Does anyone have special software to create organizational charts for businesses? If so, what do you use and how would you rate it?

We just use Excel or Powerpoint

If you have any MS Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) there are built in tool that make it pretty easy to do basic org charts.

Another vote for Visio.

But...there's also a pretty decent org charting tool in powerpoint if you're just doing a few simple charts.
