What’s for Dinner Tonight?

I cooked salmon in the air fryer with paprika, some pepper and a good spritz of fresh lemon juice. I served it with glazed carrots, and some fresh blueberries.

last night was take out shawarmas, chicken for my husband and lamb for me

tonight was leftovers... bbq turkey, mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach

Leftover corn and clam broth with kale for dinner.
Need to take it all down several notches or I’ll never make it to New Year’s Eve, lol.

Last night we went out for DH’s b-day. I had veal parmigiana with gnocchi and a couple of white sangrias. DH had beef Wellington with carrots and potatoes.
Dessert was egg nog crème brûlée with a candle.
All was delicious!!
