"organised" Scavenger hunt services at WDW?

We are starting our planning for our 2010 trip, and as we aare bringing our nephew for his first time trip, we want to make it special.

We have (in the past) stumbled across a lonk to a service which creates "customised" scavenger hunts at the park. This isn't a Disney service, it's an outside company.. but i cannot find the link anymore!!! does anyone hae a clue about what i am refering to and can point me in the right direction?!?!
