?-ordering WDW items for check-in

Does anyone know if you can order an item from a WDW shop and have it delivered to your room for check-in? We're going for Christmas and I would love to have MM Ear Christmas hats in our room at check-in. Any ideas? Should I call the hotel desk and ask? Thanks for any and all input!
