Ordering Supplies - Delivering to Resort

We are considering ordering bottles water and some snacks online and having the delivered to Pop for pickup on our arrival day.

Who do you recommend? How do you order it and have it labeled so it gets to your resort and Disney knows it is for you? When do you order so that it gets there on time but not to early?

Sorry for such silly questions, but I need a resort delivery 101 crash course!

I have used We Go Shop, which you can tell where to shop, they can make multiple stops for I think was $5/each stop and when we did it delivered right to your room, not sure if this is current.I think they charged delivery fee and tip. This was great when we needed specific diapers, formula, etc. I have also used GardenGrocer.com, for the past 5 trips. Very easy to order online, you can pick out what you want, delivery date, pay online and you are all set, small delivery fee. For BCV/A Disney Resort they delivered to Bell Services and I called when I was notified via text that our order was there. Called bell Services and they brought to our room. Very easy, efficient and saved us a bundle on drinks and snacks! in 5 trips I had one small issue that was immediately taken care of. Have a great trip!


PS, Not a silly question at all, there is a lot to know about Disney vacations!

The last few trips I ordered from walmart.com. Water, juice, some breakfast items like cereal and pop tarts and a couple snacks. I chose the least expensive shipping which as ranged from free to $0.99. For that they state it can be up to 10 days for your items. So that's when I ordered, about 11 or 12 days before arrival. Most of the items arrived within 4 days, but it was held for me no problem. I wouldn't try to ship something that would spoil anyway.

When we arrived during the day the boxes were either 1) sent to my room about the same time as our luggage or 2) I was called and asked if I wanted them brought up. Last trip we arrived after midnight and the check in CM pulled the boxes and called luggage services to bring a cart to help bring everything to our room.

To send them, in the shipping info I put my full name as my first name and "arriving on XX/XX" and reservation # as my last. The name of the Resort and physical address. You can find that information on the resort board under each resort's thread as each one has information about shipping packages to yourself in the first post.
